All products, except bulk items, are delivered by CourierPost. Bulk items are transported around the country by Mainfreight and delivered to site by specialist carriers. Bulk items are products that weigh above 25kg (e.g. safes and cabinets).
Online orders will be delivered to the address you enter when you check out which can be both residential and business addresses.
Charges are calculated based on the weight or volume (cubic metre measurement) of your order and your delivery address. The delivery cost for your order is displayed in your online shopping cart once you proceed through to the checkout and enter your delivery details.
Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day. Rural deliveries may require an additional day(s) in some areas.

Deliveries of non bulk orders are made Monday through Saturday, while bulk orders are delivered Monday through Friday only.
Non Bulk Items
From receipt of your online order we aim to have the goods at your door within 3 business days for the Overnight Service and 4 business days for the South Island Economy Service.
Due to the nature of these items and the logistics involved in delivering the product to your site it will take longer for you to receive Bulk Items. We aim to have them at your door within 7 business days from receipt of your order.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number. This number allows you to track the progress of your order with CourierPost’s online parcel tracker.
