Yes. Orders can be placed online at any time.
Please note that Chubb's hours of business are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. If you encounter a problem with your order or need additional assistance before or after these hours, please leave a message or email us and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
No - you do not have to be registered to purchase from the Chubb website. However, registration is quick and easy and has the following benefits:
• You do not need to enter your address and other details every time you shop because these are saved for you.
• You can check whether your order has been dispatched and find any tracking numbers in the Order History area.
Simply find the product you are looking for by typing it into the search box, or by browsing through the categories on the left hand side of the page. Then just click the "Buy Now" button to add it to your cart.
The Shopping Cart will appear on the left hand side of the page once you have added a product. To see a full view of your cart simply click on the “Go to My Cart” button in the Shopping Cart or click on My Cart at the top of the page.
Once you are satisfied you have everything in your cart that you would like to buy, proceed through to checkout and complete the following steps:
1) Delivery Location – select the location from the dropdown menu and click Recalculate. This will calculate the freight charge. Click on the Go to Checkout button.
2) Delivery Details - enter your delivery address and click on the Confirm Address button.
3) Order Confirmation - check that all of your details are correct. If you need to correct the order click on the Edit Order button.
4) Payment – if you created an account with Chubb online you can buy on account by clicking on the Pay on Account button; otherwise please click on the Pay by Credit Card button, enter your credit card details and click to place your order.
After the checkout process is complete you will see an Order Confirmation screen. This information will also be emailed to you.
We aim to deliver non-bulk orders within 3 business days and bulk orders within 7 business days. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed the following working day.
Please note that it may take a little bit longer for rural deliveries.
